When ever I make a character with hair, and I color the head a different color, the color changes with it. When I do the no static thing for the hair so it doesn't move, it never world.

Use poly fill to fill up spaces like he did with the hair instead of more joints, joints cause lag so using joints to fill spaces can add up and cause issues, it’s also just harder to do anyway.
