Finally had the courage today to play this video. Even the mention of trauma can be triggering but I know I need it. Thank you for this 🥰

So enlightening!! With the yes and no exercise I could totally feel the openness of the yes and the sort of mild mini electric shock running through my body from the no! Than you for sharing these techniques and explaining so well why they work and what they’re based on, definitely makes sense. So many times I find myself humming or swaying side to side and now I see that most of the times I do it when I have a lot in my head! Interestingly, my toddler hums to fall asleep for her naps and every night since she was a few months old (she’s almost two now) and it makes sense now cause it calms her down, I’ve seen her do it even after a tantrum or in times after she falls down I’d come and hug her and she’d hug me back and lay her head down on my shoulder and start humming. Anyway, thanks for sharing this information and techniques!

Totally using these on myself and toddlers to get the tantrums downgraded. Partner butterfly hugs? Heck yeah 🙌

when she did the yes I had the flight kick in cause I was like what does yes mean yes what?? but when she said no I felt more calm cause I knew she was just repeating the word over and over. So interesting.
I loved the butterfly hug. 😊

Great video! Does whistling “ ignite” the same sensation you think as the humming?
