Hancock Halloween Parade 2023

Hancock, Maryland. 76th Annual Hancock Rotary Club Halloween Parade. Fire Dept's participating include Hancock Fire Dept, Hancock Rescue Squad, Orleans Fire Dept (MD), Berkeley Springs Fire Dept (WV), South Morgan Fire Dept (WV) and Great Cacapon Fire Dept (WV).

4 hours one way I do it a lot to see my brother and brother in law not bad depends on time of day

i thought I would see some Delmar apparatus in the parade but since I was born in Washington Co it was great to see the area apparatus the colors on Hancock have changed they use to be yellow thanks for showing me one of old stomping grounds
