Damn even detective Conan. Luban really is one of the fan favourite, most of his skins are pretty good even the cheaper ones. My favourite are Lion Dancer, Tiger Flame and the Mythic one. The effects probably suck compared to the other mythic but I usually don't really pay attention to those during a game and I like the astronaut concept x)
Yes in cn server u have epic skins for 2888 its more legend than epic but still expensive i dont know what they will do whit this skins in global. In my opinion best thing to do whit this skins is to redeem with skin tokens like 288 skin tokens for one skin
