Cooking Banana Trees | Delicious banana stem dish | Living in the Village

Assalamualaikum. Hope all your friends are healthy.
In this video, I process food from around the garden, namely banana trees.
The part processed from this banana tree is the inner banana stem / banana gedebog.
The banana trees used should not be haphazard, I use kluthuk banana stems / bananas with seeds. You can also use Siem bananas / Kepok bananas.
After being cooked, it tastes very delicious, equivalent to crispy meat.
🌿 Banana stem curry recipe.
. 1 banana stem (bottom part) *approximately as much as one large bowl
. 500 g chicken (can be replaced with beef / can be skipped too)
. 3 bay leaves
. 1 lemongrass
. 2 turmeric leaves
. 3 lime leaves
. 1 galangal segment
. 1000 ml coconut milk
. 500 ml water
. According to taste salt, sugar, stock powder
. According to taste cayenne pepper
Grinding spices:
{Spices that are roasted first};
. 4 candlenuts
. 1 Tbsp coriander
. 1/2 tsp cumin
. 1/2 tsp fennel
. 1 star anise
. 2 cardamoms
After roasting the spices above, grind (mash) them together:
. 1/2 tsp pepper seeds
. 12 shallots
. 6 garlic
. 1/4 nutmeg
. 12 red curly chilies
. 4 large red chilies
. Cayenne pepper (if you want it spicy)
. 2 turmeric segments
. 1 segment of ginger
