Just figured it out cuz I didn't know either. Just use the thing in the bottom left corner when you're in a battle to generate the extra card. The blue circle one.
At 27:48 it cut without showing the moves to defeat that area, it just showed the rave, do you remember what you put there. This video is super helpful so tysm!
Hi, it was pure luck using skill 'Challenge for the Eyes' which attack 2 random enemies. The skill managed to kill 2 backrow of enemies so we finish them with Ulti. If there's any better way to do this please let us know! Hope this helps!

use the 2-star debuff on one of the snakes, use ult, then use the 3-star attack from regulus.
