I went to hanoi last summer to the bun cha restaurant where obama ate, huong lien I think the name is and that bun cha was so good. This recipe tastes a little different, what do they do differently?
dayum.. so many haters. I think it's great that Roccbox and Geoff adding more Vietnamese items. The recipes are and items are catered to their audience by taste and personal preferences.
Brilliantly done and how you kept a straight face I'll never know. 😄👍
I love the blackened bits
😘💗 Yummy like BBQ pork the blackened bits are so delicious 😋
This is bun thit nuong not bun cha ha noi.
Looks delicious - can’t wait to try it. I am, however, slightly disappointed that you didn’t set the pan ablaze this time!

This gives me to much joy. Love ya Geoff! Sick recipe too, definitely making this on 🤤🤤🤤reminds me of Eat Pho deliveries to the office - good times! X
Brilliant Geoff, just brilliant...'Sizzly' and thats' the end of that
Nice one Geoff. Never realised you're Vietnamese until now! You should do some Nem Nuong and variations of VN roasts/bbq dishes....
in VietNam we usually put the noodle in the sauce in the bowl but your was 🤩
Oh mr. Butter in pan caught fire Geoff is back. The recipe looks really delicious though.
Would like to see Geoff and chef Joe, Roman Greco wrestling, to decide who cooks next.

Looks great even though it's not bun cha hanoi
Yum yum
beautiful laugh :)
I came for BUN CHA, where's the CHA? You are missing the main component of the dish. Smh....
in Việt Nam we have sliced meat and meatball as a CHA but i think he missing meatball
Your dish has nothing to do with Bun Cha Hanoi! It might be a good Bun Thit Nuong but it is not Bun Cha Hanoi at all!
Geoff seems like he's a laugh
This is not bun cha ha noi. The fish sauce and the meat are wrong. Have you traveled to your home country to try the real bun cha ha noi?
This is definitelly not Bun Cha!
And your meat is just burned, yuck!
