I've watched A LOT of editing videos, but let me tell you Daniel Do: you're the first to REALLY open up and show your workflow. THANK YOU for being honest, clear, objective and humble. You're the man!
This is the pain and beauty that Lightroom only editors don't understand. Even though Ps isn't the best at having short/quick workflow edits for a photo dump the amount of stuff you can do to your images is incredible.
I like the process a lot but didn’t quite understand what he was doing. Are all of those adjustment layers that he’s creating in there? How does he get that color chart to influence his picture. Is that a gradient map?
They usually look for darker or brighter spots that are not in their place.. for example: a dark spot in a bright area will need dodging and vice versa... This is a great method to retouch skin without making it look fake.
This video is a Masterclass and I’ve barely cracked one of the techniques, I’ll keep coming back to this and if I can get a solid handle on this workflow, I feel like ill be on solid ground. Thanks so much.
Unfortunataly this has very little with photography in common. Pulling those sliders back and forth is an art in itself. In this example orange and teal is still very popular.
I start all my shoots with a gray card, never have an issue getting the colors right in post, first thing I do when I bring the shots into lightroom. Adjust the first image and sync.
@@MoeZainal I use spydercheckr for the 18% grey but there are alot of them out there. It just gives me the best result. Depending, I use the gray in camera for the white balance as I shoot, or just use it in lightroom to adjust wb as I process.
It's very interesting to see many people using selective editing. Photoshop is a complete beast at this and I often wonder why Lr exists because it feels very limited. Nice edit bro.
Lightroom is great for bulk photo editing like weddings or events, photoshop is a beast when you do a few pictures but also depends on your skill level and gear I think
is it true that using camera raw filter degrades the image ? some ppl says is better do all camera raw corrections on the camera raw app at the beginning ? i usually used more than one camera raw plugins i mostly use the hsl color for my color grading im a nob ha but i like how you did everything separate working on the background and then on the subject.. u should share a template with those setting groups and make a video about the color themes i always try to look for presets to get an idea for the color mood of the image
Do you think someone will share their knowledge with you just like that? Several years of practice, courses, etc. Unfortunately, life is not that easy.
it's amazing to see artists workflow. I think you can learn more than ever. Moreso, if you see their workflow, you can know what to look for
Thank you so much Moe and Dani for generously sharing the very informative tutorial! God bless you and good luck!
This is amazing. Would love to see a longer session with more diving into the workflow!!!
It was amazing man I like it.

Which panel you using for colour grading
When u say inconsistencies what exactly do u mean? Like what am I looking for when doing dodging & burning?

Nice joe satriani poster
Good eye 👀
Joe Satriani is my fav Guitarist.😂😂😂
Then you have a good taste in music, my friend.
I suspect the saying "without further ado" is a secret code between photoshopers
Wish there was just a little more instruction
It's not for the beginners...
HAVE YOU CHECK SIAN_719 ACCOUNT I THINK HE IS THE BEST!
As a beginner this wasn’t useful to me…I need to see how he did each thing he said he did 😩 he just says what he did.
Bad explenation
Nice job but how you explain your job is bad, your explanation is from primary school
