I did see These Immortal Souls perform at the Crystal ballroom after their return from Europe. The most mesmerising concert I have ever seen. Just bought the 3 remastered releases on vinyl and struggle to keep the tears from my eyes when listening to them. And thank you for your wonderful infirmation on Roland.

Saw 'em a few times, 1989-93. They were considered rather unfashionable for most of that time, but that's how it went. Still a frequent visitor to Rowland's music.

How come nobody cared about Rowland until he was on his death bed?
Been a huge fan since the 80s….seen him in Crime & CC in ‘86, in Kansas City, but crowd was thin….God Bless R.S.H., the cool one from the Birthday Party (sorry Nick!)
