Happy holidays everyone! This week we have something very special for you all... we've been laboring endlessly to turn our office space into a place that can show off our skills. Our first project in line with that was a bar table that Aaron wanted to make out of some wood from a salvaged bowling alley. Little did he know how difficult and hard bowling alley wood is to work with, but he knocked it out of the park! You could say he got a strike :) Hope you all enjoy this episode!

So it turns out I had a little editing gaff on my end! Somehow the same clip got doubled up back to back. I'm currently processing a fix for that in the RUclips editor so that will no longer be an issue! Sorry for the oversight! Hope you guys enjoy :) - Walker

Tay, please listen: It is very special when a group of employees excel because of the talent they work with. That is magnified by an employer that fully supports those creative minds that blends so perfectly. Don't screw it up! I have been a fan since the initial clean up of the building. The team that now represents Lift Arc Studios and the growth we all have witnessed is thrilling. Without a doubt, I am really excited for all of you and the future of Lift Arc Studios. Thank you for making the effort to bring us along for such a great ride. Walker, I guess you helped a little too...

The smile on Arrons face just as he's explaining the last steps, looking at it... ♥ What a lovely piece! Real labor of love.

Have a look for a portable laser engraver. I have a friend that does similar work. He places the engraver over the area and prints in layers to mark out all his wood inlay work direct to the job. He says it is a total game changer and will never go back, it's opened up more opportunity's to be more creative and push himself to do better.
Awesome work guys, I love it!!

You would benefit from having a Sharper Origin Router in your shop for future custom wood tops ,inlayed customer logos.

Pretty expensive. I was thinking of getting one but rarely need it. They don’t do a lot of woodworking here. I wonder if they would want to. They could cut a template on the plasma and use that with a template follower bit.

Gorgeous work Arron. Also, a great tip "Use sandpaper like someone else is paying for it."

I like the design. Very 1950s when bowling hit its peak. What changed your minds about the resin vs oil? Whatever, it looks great. In my experience with resin, if it’s too cold to harden properly in a day or even two, it will harden, but it can take an entire month!

It’s not too often I sit and watch a 40+ min video, but I watched every minute of this one. I loved watching the passion that went into this. Your guys had a vision, and worked together to make it a reality. You got a really good crew. I’m loving the content you guys have been putting out lately. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 🙂

Don't know why I missed this video when it came out, but just wanted to recommend the #M Cubitron over those garbage sanding disks. They last longer and don't gum up like those crummy things.

Another cool and entertaining crew-collab project. Awesome pool of talent brought to the forefront. In my own projects, I use the mantra; "There are no mistakes, only modifications". Suggestion, for your intricate resin pours, you should consider a compressed air syringe dispensing system. But of course....$MONEY.

That looks amazing! Great team work between the two! While it would have made no difference in this project, my favorite sand "paper" is Abranet from Mirka. When I use it with a vacuum and on fully cured material is very hard to clog up. Unfortunately I've had to mortgage the cats to pay for it. 😊

Was it really needed to epoxi the gap to the steelframe? Now there is no way for the wood to expand…

whatever is making that chirping noise. fan belt? idk. it makes me want to pop my ear drums.
I think it was in the last video also and I skipped it because of it.
Idk maybe a high pass filter would get rid of it. I know you can isolate noises like that also and remove them also. please. pleeeease fix the item, or fix the audio because I love the channel.
merry early Christmas and happy New Year's. much love. how you the best.
