Hey man I hope you're still replying to comments. What is the audio jack in the back for? Will its speakers work with a pc if I connect an audio cable thru the jack?

monitor now not in my place. if its like headphone female ? or RCA red white? you can read the pdf manual for details.

Mine always goes to Benq logo and the black screen it takes like hour to display will this issue fix it?

to confirm please check with another Computer or input. if still same issue, yes you need to check inside monitor like in the video

Mas adi, mau tanya.
Saya ada benq G900W intermitten. Bila dinyalakan ada logo dan gambar, tapi setelah beberapa detik kemudian mati.. kemudian nyala lagi dan begitu seterusnya. Namun ketika salah satu tombol ditekan baik volume, menu, kanan-kiri nyala lagi sehingga harus diganjal salah satu tombolnya. Kira-kira komponen apa yang bermasalah ya?

Hi! I have a benq g2412hd, and it goes blank as soon as i turn it on. I see picture on screen for 1 second and then it suddenly goes blank.. please help me.. also i am curious if i can use a universal lcd controller/motherboard to make my own monitor as the lcd screen of the monitor works flawlessly

check capacitor, damage capacitor sometimes not showing fat. you need cap tester. you can get it online. and not every universal board compatible with your screen.

if the cap value below stated more than 20-30%, replaced it.
