  • Hello, welcome back! I know, it's been a year since our last video, we're sorry but we went through some changes that took us longer than expected. Let's hope we don't let another year go by for the next video! ;)
    Today we offer the classic crepes, very quick to make and above all good to eat. Stuff them as you like: chocolate, jam, fruit and various syrups.. My favourite? Hazelnut cream, pine nuts, coconut flour and icing sugar.
    INGREDIENTS
    2 eggs
    1/2 liter of milk (or even less)
    2 large spoons of flour
    Salt, sugar
