May I ask who provide daily toiletries like body wash lotion, briefs/ diapers toothpaste toothbrushes… etc.

That’s the facilities responsibility unless you specify in the contract that the family has to provide it. I always provide toiletries. Not depends, a clients insurance will normally cover that.
