This video literally taught me the amen break was a thing. I'm so glad I found this in my recommended last year, completely changed my approach to music production! 🔥
This sounds very good for 2 months and is very impressive! Some positive feedback: it sounds like the drums you are using are very loud, and a limiter on the master channel is trying to lower it resulting in a sort of "compressed" sound. I recommend disabling that limiter if you haven't already, and mix in the drums by itself. Doing that, the sound will become much bigger and everything is incorporated better. Other than that, this sounds great! Have fun producing :)

Im making my first breakcore song and then I think i'm doing pretty well and go on youtube for inspiration. I search boss fight music and this is the first thing I click on, after that I realized that we have very similar drum beats. Like, the similarity is uncanny.
You enter a dilapidated, ancient amphitheater. The air is thick with dust and the scent of wet copper and vinegar. A myriad of random, superficial objects lie around, cluttering the arena and giving it an air of uselessness. In the center of the amphitheater resides a silver, engraved handbell and lacquered, glided wooden dowel. Your approach the bell, pick up the dowel and handbell, and slowly begin to glide the dowel around the edge of the bell. A sonorous, dolorous tone swells through the air, an aria of anguish. The center of the theater crumbles as you leap backwards and narrowly avoid falling into a pit of light. A dark mirror rises from the depths, and crackles to life with a buzz and a hiss. "Zzzzt Zzzhhh" Brandishing your birch panpipes in your right and a large, tungsten ring in your left, you assume a defensive stance. Reading a dictionary and writing literally anything down is another thing I regularly engage in. It helps broaden my English vocabulary. If you want, we could collaborate in the near future to make a small game of a sort. You could make the music and I code/develop too. I also like pixel art, especially character sprites, but if you know any good artists, let me know! Edit: Side note - Most of the imagery in that setting was actually symbolic, if you can make any guesses comments, we'll see how good I am at conveying a message.

i was expecting something so mediocre, but after hearing what i just did i gotta say you're nothing less than a genius, this is a really convincing song for a boss fight one thing i do recommend is changing the plugin for your piano or preset, and drums could be a little louder
