How do you make custom models? like the bitten Fredbear cutout?

One of our actors, Drloganblox07 (Person who does the One Big Happy Family series), modeled it using Blockbench. The Fredbear cutout came from the FNAF mod which Meph, the owner, allowed us to use and make it bit.
