    Randomly popped up in my feed as well. I've watched some of your videos. One thing I would do is stop going so heavy on exercises to where you're not getting enough reps in and full range of motion. I stick between 8 to 12 reps. If I do 35lb dumbbell hammer curls for 12 reps, in 2 days when I do arms again I'm going to go down to 10 reps but up to 40lb dumbbells and the then 2 days later, 45lb dumbbells for 8 reps. Keep track of your progress, I do on an app I use called Fitbod, works great.
    When I first started I wasn't as strong as I am now, but you'll get there. Just remember if you can't get to those rep ranges with proper form on a particular weight, take it down a notch.
    Compound exercises I do 2 minutes rest
    Isolation 1 minute rest
    Superset exercises or even Triset them if you can. Really effective for muscle building with those techniques.
