This song is so Sokeefe. Sophie is the prodigy of the human world and the brown-eyed elf, while Keefe sad childhood and his mom's betrayal. It's like them telling each other they are both different, but that's what makes them unique. Not so much Keefe though, but for Sophie it does.

Each of the original five main KotLC characters have mental problems or social struggles (I think they were created with that in mind):
Sophie - Insomnia
Keefe - Depression
Fitz - anger problems (not super serious though, so they’re not anger issues)
Dex - Exclusion
Biana - High Expectations in a NORMAL way (yes Fitz had high expectations, but Biana would feel more pressured due to her older brother achieving the expectations.)
