Also am in Canada, have had to go to NY for MRI since it takes months here. It's 535 USD with consultation for results right after. Edit to just give you the pointer - you're pushing up too far locking your elbows. They should be bent at all times. Also should be doing the movement slightly slower. What you're doing is both dangerous and technically harder at first, easier if doing lots of reps. This is why I don't lift heavy. Not worth having even one injury like this. Rather do more of reps with lower weight. Hopefully you get well soon!
