For Hall or any venue you can’t install wall draping without the pipes free standing, you need these pipes free standing

Lists to install canopy are 1st you need sturdy / stable ladder, panels fabbric, ring for the middle, plastic tubing, string wire, ceilng clip fairy lights, chandss
