Sounds like because they warned us about a severe season they are almost wanting some systems to develop. We are going to have a much later season than usual, will be going deep into late October early November. Keep your guard up people!
@@himebaughchris4026 idk, I came to the comments to see if anyone else caught that her wording implied she was rooting for the storms and bummed they weren't happening. It was odd. Perhaps the bot is writing her script.
This day in 2005, hurricane Katrina made 2 landfalls. The 1st hitting the tip of Louisiana and then crashing into Mississippi. I don't know how many total lives were the direct cause of Katrina, but I know that some people didn't make it. No other storm that I can remember was more famous then this one. I saw the casino/hotels that were once on the water, they were now sitting on the other side of Hwy 90. I saw windows blown out on 7 floors and the only thing I could see were stools. It looked like the stools you would see infront of a slot machine. There were boats and gas tanks that were buried to hold gas at the gas stations, they were lined up in on the divider wall for I-10. I was on one of the teams that help try to keep generators running for the cell phone towers for Verizon Wireless. I think the worst hit was on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. The storm surge did so much damage. New Orleans was mostly safe until the levies broke. Anyway take it easy and hopefully these types of storms don't happen again.
Thanks for the update
Haley's like a nice summer breeze!
