Ali may have been pregnant before her "death" which we know isnt true since she is officially not dead but if she was seeing a doctor it could literally be anyone. all doctors can get birth control. I still think that Wren is somehow connected to all of this. I belive that Bethany was Wrens older sister. In 3.33 in the picture there is two children, one boy and a girl, why is he going around with a drawing like that, and the way he asks Mona about what does she feel or see when she looks at the picture, it obviously means something to him. Remember when Wren said that his father had mental problems, maybe it went on to Bethany also. She ended in Radley, wren got adopted by a british family and something happend to their mother. The new villian is Wren and he is after revenge for Bethanys murder. I also belive that he is the one who killed mrs. D. Besides they still havent told us who board short is. Maybe Wren?

Plus, A had one of Bethany's drawings over Spencers dollhouse bed. Where would he even get her drawings and why would he even care? Nah, I'm postive A and Bethany are siblings, especially after that little boy (Charles) kissed his sister in that video. That baby was too young to be Ali, but Bethany's age fits perfect. They might be cousins to Ali and Jason.
Okay, but last reason isn't right. In last episode 4x24 Alison told everything to the girls and ALISON WAS IN BLACK HOODIE AND SHE PUSHED IAN FROM BELL, BUT HE WASN'T DEAD. WHEN ALI RAN AWAY FROM SPENCER, SHE SAW IAN HOW HE GOES AWAY. HE WAS ALIVE!
It doesn't matter who is A anymore at this point. Season 4 rectonned the first three seasons. That's why so many people stopped watching and are fed up with the show. Anything that happened season 1-3 doesn't matter. In season 4 the writers are saying Mona wasn't bullied so she had absolutely no motive, Lucas and the others don't exist anymore, Mona and Toby and so many others just had their characters changed completely there isn't even a bit of the old them in their character anymore. This shows gone so downhill. season 1-3 were amazing but season 4 just erased all that, so I wouldn't bother using hints and clues to say who A was because season 1-3 doesn't match with season 4. Hell, even the thing about Ian being pushed by Ali-total retcon. That means he knew Ali was alive all the time and didn't even have a motive to cover up for Melissa or whatever reason he was trying to kill Spencer. None of the questions we asked for the first three seasons will ever have a well thought out logical answer, they're just retconning, so none of the clues or hitns matter. However, while they may not be answered we can still make our own conclusions to the ending of season 3 and I'd say yes Wren is definitely one of the A team, but if anyone pushed Ian off the belltower, it was Toby. Anyway, PLL RIP. The first three seasons were amazing, but that's over now. Season 4 and that just think of as a whole new show.
Also,in 4x03 A had Emily;s X-ray and Wren could easily tell that he is some kind of related to Emily and a doctor too so he could also easily take the X-ray

In 4x11 the last time we saw wren he shows pictures to mona ones a train and then the family with the coat coloured red I've never seen ezra draw so they have to be wrens which means he knows ezra which is not good
I get the evidence that Wren is A but I can't think of a reason. The 3 A's we know had motives; Mona wanted revenge, Toby was protecting Spencer and Spencer for information. What motive does Wren have? This is the only reason I can't quite believe Wren is A.
