    I remember seeing this film for the first time and not even believing how cool it was, and then suddenly Nico just walks into the frame and I almost fell over. Too good, I had no idea she was in this movie up to that point. One of my all time favorite films hands down.

      That's how Jean Luc Godard descibred Robert Bresson's Au Hazard Balthazar. It also applies to this movie.

      After I saw it for the first time I turned to my friend and said “ He’s ( Fellini) been reading my diary”. That’s how good this film is.

      I love "La Dolce Vita", but I only rewatch this movie at least twice in a year. It's painful to see how life corrupt us, and we let it. Absolutely agree, a masterpiece.

    Hahaha, Nico sounded so funny in this film! Her way of speech and voice were spontaneous, musical and melodical. I was very surprised to find out that I've already been in contact with her through listening to the song Femme Fatale! What a how curious that a musical person has a musical voice!

    Andy Warhol wanted to meet Nico because she appeared in La Dolce Vite. Resulting in her singing on the album he produced for Velvet Underground.

    Il primato assoluto dell’immagine nel mondo dell’inizio è il suo costituirsi e aggregarsi ad altre immagini provenienti da suggestioni diverse emerge in modo definitivo, non seguendo mai regole prefissate. La parola è un elemento aggiunto e la decodificazione dei significati viene lasciata alla libertà più completa dello spettatore.
    Fellini non ha più messaggi chiari da trasmettere, né visioni da trasmettere, né visioni del mondo precise. Anche se è iconico in alcune scene, la critica continua a rimanere divisa.

      @@lukeninenty2606 , non ho detto questo, ma un paio di scene molto ben riuscite hanno fatto la fama del film...che non e' poi questa grande cosa. Oggi, certo, fa piu' figura a confronto di quei nuovi "registi" che non sanno scrivere una sceneggiatura e non sanno dove mettere la macchina da presa...ops, telecamera.

    • @sentenza9763
      @sentenza9763 3 года назад +6

      Secondo me invece è il contrario. Il film è un capolavoro assoluto e la scena meno significativa del film (cioè quella di Silvia nella fontana di Trevi) l’hanno sputtanata troppo e l’hanno resa l’emblema del film stesso. Tra tutti gli episodi del film quello meno bello è, secondo me, proprio quello di Marcello e Silvia.
