    INGREDIENTS:
    3 pcs milkfish
    olive oil (or corn/coconut oil)
    medium carrots
    cup green olives
    cup pickles
    cup dried bay leaves
    tablespoons salt
    bulbs garlic
    whole pepper
    Red Capsicum
    cup water
    tablespoons oyster sauce (optional)
    6 to 8 pieces red chilies

    Forgot removing fish scales

      you dont remove the scales when making Spanish style bangus, sardines or any other fish or it will disintegrate

    Paano naging spanish style na luto eto? Pag nagluluto mga español ng isda, walang kaliskis pwera lang kung magihaw sila ng sardines or iluto sa oven ang sardines, hindi nila inaalisan ng kaliskis pati lamanloob.
