This is completely wrong. “Marș Triumfal” it is essentially the same song as “Trăiască Regele”, only without the lyrics written by Vasile Alecsandri. This is the the Welcoming March of the Romanian army, a composition that has never been the anthem of Romania.
This is the march version indeed, however the melody itself was used as the anthem for a short period before Trăiasca Regele. Hubsch composed a march without lyrics in 1862, titled "Marșul triumfal și primirea steagului și a Măriei Sale Prințul Domnitor " (Triumphant march of welcoming the flag and His Highness the Ruling Prince) which was used in official matters up until 1881 when Trăiasca Regele became the official anthem. After that, this composition continued to be used as a marching song for the national army and used to welcome the King, state officials along with foreign dignitaries and emissaries. I believed that the original name of this composition was far too long for a youtube title so I decided to simply mention it in the description. The title still remains true however as it was indeed used as the anthem of the United Principalities during that era.
