Is the nodal point here and nodal point in eye same? Nodal point in eye defined in various definition-Angle Kappa, Angle Alpha!!!
They define only 1 NP but eye act as a thick lens
    Hope you reply

Nodal point is the same in all optical systems so it is the same in the eye and in lenses. The optical system of the Eye has two nodal points . en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cardinal_point_(optics) The Donders reduced eye : it is a schematic eye with one nodal point. www.blackwelleyesight.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/06/eye-schema-dia3.gif
