Watch me grind for mine to show you that your workout doesn't have to be perfect, it just have to be effective. Try this:
Warm Up:
- 2 mile run
Routine:
10-1-10 Pyramid Set
- 10 pull ups 10 burpees w/squat chaser
- 9 pull ups 9 burpees w/squat chaser
Down to 1 pull up 1 burpee w/squat chaser
Then:
2 pull ups 2 burpees w/squat chaser
Back up to 10 pull ups 10 burpees w/squat chaser
Rest 20-30 secs between sets of needed.
