Nader Shah doesn't even have that, he's all-around one of the worst civs we've ever gotten, absolutely worse then Cyrus. Absolute F tier in terms of leader abilities, the Devs really screwed the pooch on this one.

It means «Nader of land Iran of Iran, Khosrow the world conqueror»
