    This final session provide detailed instructions on how to use Midas Civil (our 3D Finite Element Analysis Bridge software) to complete a Network Tied Arch Bridge Project. Attending this session will be of great benefit to attendees of the previous two sessions because it will provide a detailed example of how to directly apply the principles learned into a specific project application.
    The following skills will be demonstrated:
    1. Simulation of Construction Stages with demonstration on how to set up erection sequence
    Midas Civil has a feature that allows the engineer to conveniently model all stages
    of the bridge construction in a single file. Temporary supports, structures, and construction loads can be modeled seamlessly for each stage. A construction stage analysis is necessary for the design of Network Tied Arch Bridges due to the necessity of these temporary structures and loads.
    2. Setting up Moving load analysis for final stage model
    The maximum moments, loading, and deflections caused by moving loads will be calculated for each point along the span of the bridge.
    3. Demonstration of Redundancy Analysis for accidental hanger loss
    Midas Civil will be used to simulate this unique design challenge, and the redundancy
    analysis will be performed to account for extreme cases in which the hangers fail.
    All attendees will receive a free trial version of midas Civil as a free customized training session.

    How do I determine the hangers distance and angle? is there a formula?

    Thank you for sharing this is very helpful. Permission to ask at minutes 56:40, after following the stage, the factor value in table post-tensioning row/line doesn't change it is still "1.0". Could you please tell me? Thank before.

    Hello,I have some question about your program. I tried to design with that but cant add number of cable and changed dimension of pylon. I can just add the number that u use in your tutorials. could you plz tell me what should I do?
