unpopular opinion: non is actually okay, he’s just a kid who needs real friends and people to take care of him update: i finished the series months ago and i kept my opinion till the very end. non is a teenager who lacks guidance and due to his dad, he assumes that money solves everything and doesn’t have any proper values/morals ingrained in him. as for petekao, they were both at fault. after being together for years, they still lacked trust, communication and understanding, the keys to a healthy relationship. if pete could trust his boyfriend a little more, understand his situation, and kao could be less timid and speak up to both his boyfriend and non, then their relationship wouldn’t have had to go through this shitstorm. (this last line means that this series wouldn’t have existed without their flaws. however, this series could’ve gone in an entirely different way without all the extra drama up til the last episode)
