Obj140: decent armour, decent speed, awesome gun handling. T62A: mediocre armour, decent speed, awesome gun and tank handling. Obj 430: excellent armour, decent speed, bad gun handling. T22: AMAZING armour, AMAZING speed, AMAZING gun handling. The balance is strong.
+Aaron Hinton well talking about armor... you seem to not consider turretarmor in there... obj 140s turret is rather weak if you are close enough to hit the weak part of it just as the obj 430 cos it is really easy to penetrate it on close range combats. t62a has indeed very weak hull armor but you can't take anything from his turret :D In the t62a you have to get the skill to be always hulldown and only show your turret to the enemy and if you do that well it is actually the best armored russian med :P t22 sr is a powerhouse there is nothing else to say ^^ but i think that the lag of DPM is a good balancing factor ;) as we saw in the end of the video he has the 3rd lowest dpm of all tier 10 meds so this is something to watch out for. I' d really like to see Qb reversesidescraping cos i think it does even better that way :O

Er Gun it took me since missions are availaible to "still not have the 55-A" ( in fact still 10-12 missions to it :/ ). i think i know what you try to mean with it, but u must be aware of that there is a lot of poeple who also wants those tanks, or any new reward 1(as this 22-A, i.e.), and for mayority of people is quit dificult to obtain them (+ if u not on clan, u wont obtain either any good reward tank, as obj907, the tier X VK, etc). i dont say nothing in relation to the other fact u crictisize (the unnecesary abundance of OP russian tanks, cause it seems to be true, anyway, idk), but, just take this in mind: if at any casuality that new T-22A was relativitly easy to obtain (even further easy than t-55A, to give u my clear example), id be happy, cause i wont stock my minf by thinking "omg, the effort i did to obtain X, and now they do the half of effort to obtain Y, being Y same or better than X".--> when more people can get more tanks, reward or not, better will they enjoy it, better will the game be. peace

So basically no major weaknesses of this tank. The DPM might be less then the other Soviet mediums, but it is still awesome. It has tons of armor. It has awesome engine power. It can turn well. The gun is accurate. It penetrates well. It can shot on the move, moving the turret, and takes almost no time to aim. It has light tank view range as well. I expect such a high tier tank to be powerful, but damn.

Basically post WW2 Russia were badass at tanks with tonnes of prototypes and short runs that are "real" and not paper like a lot of the new tanks we see.

It's development already started in 1963, so definitely around the same tine as the objects and was the direct predecessor of the M1 Abrahams and the Leopard2A, the rumored "best" tanks in existence. But, if implemented with stats that represent the actual tank accurately, it would undoubtedly break any balance. (Especially the russian-bonus)

I thought of a medium tank that would have IS-3 hull a long time ago, since you can bounce JP E100 shells with some help of Stalin in your IS-3. The tank also isn't that heavy, so just give it a better engine and a medium tank gun. A year later, I see this coming to the game. Well done WG for reading my mind.

But what I'm getting at is that WG has now put out a tank that has the mobility of a Leopard 1, the turret armor of an IS-7 aside from the very minuscule weakpoint on the turret, some actual armor to work with that is decent to amazing appariently, a gun that is arguably better than any other medium tank gun, as well as the low profile that the Russian tanks are known for. We are talking about a tank that is better in almost every other way except for gun depression and gun accuracy even though the guns soft stats are so good that it doesn't matter anyways. The only way this tank is going to be ballance is in its current form is if the make it incredibly hard to obtain like the Obj. 260. Now I'm not saying it's invincable no no no if that was the case there would be massive problems. But we can all agree that this tank is something that really doesn't need to be in the game. At least not in its current form.
Its armor... Is good. However it is not impenetrable. IF it is facing you, The upper plate can be penned. If it is angling, Like the IS-7 the upper plate can be penned without its angle. It has a good P/W ratio and accelerates fast however it cannot fly like the leopard can, however it can go fast. Now.... it is a good tank.... Too good? I dont know. However it's not something to REALLY worry about.

In the first replay, it's more like RNGesus allowed that arty shell to hit Quickybaby and not kill the E75 in the process. Everyone knows even fully aimed arty shells miss their targets. :P
I really enjoy your ability to calculate your aggression. Most players would would hold back against 2 tanks but getting in about them appears to startle them, Very enjoyable Mr Baby.... Open question, E100 needs Gun Pen and or Armour Buff??

not sure if WoT might add in another version of the T-22 sr. , the Object 279 HT. As the HT made it's appearance in Metal Gear Solid 3 in Groznyj Grad,a research base.
So... WG think's a medium tank with great turret armor (almost impossible to penetrate), great speed, great accuracy, almost no dispersion on the move or while turret traverse, great penetration, very good sniper/brawling tank, flanker is just as balanced as any other tier 10 medium? Well, good thing I left World of Tanks almost a year ago. i couldn't keep on handling early world war II tanks vs cold war tanks. It just seems to unfair. And for those of you thinking I sucked at the game, I had a WR of 56% and some very neet stats, all done in german tanks.
Even though this tank is absolutely fantastic and 4 sure OP as hell, it is goin to be UNREACHABLE for average tand above average players.... Only RUclipsrs and SuperUnicum players will have these and i think that WG needs more tanks that can be obtained through missions and also reachable also for new players. After terrible missions i finally got myself a T-55A and i think WG needs more Mission reward tanks even lower tiers. For example: low tier heavily armored TD and low tier lightly armored TD for everyone to choose which tank they want to get through missions. If there were permanently like 15 tanks to choose from everyone will at least think about changing their opinion about missions :D Great video btw, but im afraid that i will never get the T-22
Maybe I missed him saying it in the video, but when the tank is facing straight at you are the light blue sections @5:55 on each side of the lower plate weak points? Also that turret seems ridiculous it's so curved that there is no way something will pen it unless it's a perfectly flush shot. I was hoping that 183 hit you head on I'm curious how much it would do.
Tank looks like it'll be fun, not earning it though considering how difficult some of the missions can be. What I'm looking forward to is some more German premium tanks; VK 100.1 P looks like it'll be awesome
Hey there. Does this mean that personal missions for T55A/Obj 260 will be over, once 10.0 update comes? If that is so, i m screwed, still have a little bit to take T55A and I cant even imagine myself doing missions for Obj 260. without expanding my arsenal of tanks. :(
so basically if you have 250+ pen you can damage this tank at any angle (if you aim properly) at tier 10 thats not a problem coz every one have 250+ pen and dont forget gold rounds. i like the gun and mobility on this one though.
My second favorite tank i see xD I don't see it very OP but it is very good indeed. I just hope they give the mission fair. Not overly fucked up mission. I'm very curios on what mission they are gonna put and certainly I'm very exited for the update indeed.
Shame? If you compare it to a heavy tank it's still bloody good. The armor profile is also quite comparable to a heavy. Add the lazer gun and mobility of a light tank, this thing is OP beyond measure.

In the first replay, it's more like RNGesus allowed that arty shell to hit Quickybaby and not kill the E75 in the process.
Everyone knows even fully aimed arty shells miss their targets. :P
I really enjoy your ability to calculate your aggression. Most players would would hold back against 2 tanks but getting in about them appears to startle them, Very enjoyable Mr Baby.... Open question, E100 needs Gun Pen and or Armour Buff??
Who wouldn't know about the frontal weakness? This is exactly why everyone tells you not to side scrape in vehicles like the IS-3, IS-8, and IS-7.

looks like a cool tank for sure quicky, my only complaint is that my 62a feels obsolete now. it's got nothing going for it now that there's a tank with better gun handling and faster speed. oh well I already got the 140 unlocked and 430 coming soon but shit, kinda sucks to have a tier 10 just gathering dust in your garage.

So... WG think's a medium tank with great turret armor (almost impossible to penetrate), great speed, great accuracy, almost no dispersion on the move or while turret traverse, great penetration, very good sniper/brawling tank, flanker is just as balanced as any other tier 10 medium?
Well, good thing I left World of Tanks almost a year ago. i couldn't keep on handling early world war II tanks vs cold war tanks. It just seems to unfair. And for those of you thinking I sucked at the game, I had a WR of 56% and some very neet stats, all done in german tanks.

Even though this tank is absolutely fantastic and 4 sure OP as hell, it is goin to be UNREACHABLE for average tand above average players.... Only RUclipsrs and SuperUnicum players will have these and i think that WG needs more tanks that can be obtained through missions and also reachable also for new players. After terrible missions i finally got myself a T-55A and i think WG needs more Mission reward tanks even lower tiers. For example: low tier heavily armored TD and low tier lightly armored TD for everyone to choose which tank they want to get through missions. If there were permanently like 15 tanks to choose from everyone will at least think about changing their opinion about missions :D Great video btw, but im afraid that i will never get the T-22
Maybe I missed him saying it in the video, but when the tank is facing straight at you are the light blue sections @5:55 on each side of the lower plate weak points? Also that turret seems ridiculous it's so curved that there is no way something will pen it unless it's a perfectly flush shot. I was hoping that 183 hit you head on I'm curious how much it would do.

so basically if you have 250+ pen you can damage this tank at any angle (if you aim properly) at tier 10 thats not a problem coz every one have 250+ pen and dont forget gold rounds. i like the gun and mobility on this one though.

Shame? If you compare it to a heavy tank it's still bloody good. The armor profile is also quite comparable to a heavy. Add the lazer gun and mobility of a light tank, this thing is OP beyond measure.
