Coops! A Great Find Mate ❤🎉❤. I love it. I used to have a knock around car VH Sedan Regal with a 318 Fireball V8 with a Dual System on it. Sounded Nice. But your Ute is an amazing find. ❤. Brought lots of Memories flooding back to me ❤❤❤. 😅😊
Looks pretty solid. That aircon is the same as I had on my VH 265 Charger years ago. Will be interested to see the results of prep for Rego inspection.
Hi mate I’m not keen on the colour either but other than that I reckon she’s pretty cool very nice you have done well looking forward to seeing more of your videos keep up the good work
When it was first done in the 90's it had a lot of hot pink highlights, Engine block, brakes, tailshaft, interior mirror stalk the silver around the marble on the door trims and horn pad. When I got divorced and kept the ute I de girlified it by painting the new engine purple as well as the brakes and redid the interior pink bits in silver. I'm still laughing at the fact I forgot to redo the visor hinges 🤓 I still have the matching lilac canopy in my carport.
Is that Lilac colour a stock colour ? The pattern and colour of the dash facia is that stock ? What a hidden gem ! I don't mind the colour, I would have it. Stands out in the crowd.
@@jamesforge8107 The dash looks really good and I noticed you did the inserts in door trims as well. Really nice and unique car. The three on the tree is a anti-theft device now as no one under forty would know how to drive it !! I'm OK, I learnt to drive on a LX 173 Torana three on the tree.
Plenty of suspension travel when I sold it. Unless the guy who bought it off me dropped it a bit (which I doubt) I put the smaller tyres on the front because the steering was too bloody heavy at parking speeds with 225's on the front. Perhaps someone who knows how to wheel align it with CM spec's (it's all CM front suspension) might be able to make it lighter.
I reckon it's brilliant, regardless of the colour. The fact is that it is in such good nick that it makes it a treasure!
Mate that is bloody great looking ute .I would love to own it.
Not to bad that's an understatement it's a beauty straight no rust it's a winner.
Was super keen on this myself! Just came up for sale a month or so too early for me. Congrats mate.

Coop you do know that white is one of the best colours easy to keep clean & easy to paint (touch ups ) but it was a good score Cheers mate,
@@LesReeves mate if it was white it would look much better
The lilac isn’t my taste 👍
What a gem mate!
Nice one mate.😊

Oh and I deliberately left the tail shaft pink 🙂

Originally Fountain Blue. Woodgrain on dash was falling off so it was replaced by carefully cut laminate bench top material

That color is very similar to those chinese electric cars that have been getting around, color doesn't look great but beautiful ute. Very straight
Bloody nice
Mint.
To low at the front more stress on your ball joints . It look better lifted at the front and 235 white letter tyres

Hi mate i still got my 360 wagon its going great...
Are you selling the ute.
@@lowmopar265 yes mate I’ll move it on
What a gem, weird back panel below tailgate and paint but I like it.
The original panel was bent. The whole ute was a $300 shitter in 1994.
