rust is ok .. corrosion is the problem.. there is difference between rust and corrosion... rusting is an oxidation process ... it will definitely happen when comes to site ... we dont need to apply the anti corrosion coating when brought to site .. if we leave the rods open to atmosphere after Completion of project that time we need to apply it to protect in long term
