Esthetician Joanna Czech's Nighttime Skincare Routine | Go To Bed With Me | Harper's BAZAAR
#Skincare #StayHome
Joanna Czech is a phenomenal human with a heart of gold. She loves animals, has witty sense of humor and she will make you feel like you’re family when you’re around her. She also CHOOSES to let her own skin age the way it wants to age without the use of botx, face lift needles or fillers, choosing mainly cell-health treatments and deep tissue massage. She can afford anything done to her face but why would she if „forever 20 looking face” it’s not the way she wants to go. It’s almost impossible (I know by my own example, and I’m only in my 30’s) to force your face no to sag, when your genetics says you’re prone to it without many repetitive procedures done. Just see the list of her clients (all three Kardashian sisters for example) and you’ll know she’s well loved for what she’s doing as a professional.
Thanks for sharing this. Make me smile 😊
She can afford to use anything on her face so she uses overpriced dior quakery
She looks 50 ish. All hype.
YAAAS. this video is perfect timing as I’m being quarantined. 👌👌👌😔😔😔
Eleanor Josefina I had to twice. You’ll get through this. Hang in and take care!
... Along with the rest of the country.
Get well soon. 😊
She kind of looks like that girl from orange is the new black
If you know u know
Stay safe everyone, stay at home
Amazing natural skin…flawless…just love her
I'm surprised an esthetician is using jars of creams as I always thought they don't keep ingredients stable? Anyway, you can definitely tell the power of massage - she has great definition/tone in her face :) . I'd like to have seen more of her routine (she mentions LED/micro/masks etc.) to get a full sense of what she does.
preservatives.
She's using a $155 serum and $165 moisturizer, both with alcohol in them, so.
Department store brands here. lol !
Really interesting video ! I admire so much Joanna Czech ! Thx :)
This is great thank you! ❤️
Im gonna need dermatologists and aestheticians to agree. Transepidermal water loss is real. Isnt it? Dr. DRAY says showering everyday is bad for your skin and fragrance and essential oils in skincare.
It's a general rule of thumb. Most skin suffers from overusing the shower and most skin doesn't like essential oils/fragrance, but some people can handle it just fine.
I think the point is to in general reduce the risk of irritation by not including those ingredients in your routine. Irritation over a prolonged period can accelerate aging and even worsen it as well as making the skin more susceptible to infections and other skin problems. I personally avoid it in everything except my hair conditioner but it’s totally up to you!
i agree with the fragrance and essential oils being a no no but dr. dray showers daily as seen in her routine vids. I think as long as you arent taking terrible hot showers like alot of people do you wont have moisture lose.
Yes, but just simply switching your water to a cooler temp can somewhat help with that.
when she dried her face with her cloth it got dirty because of the foundation that she couldn’t cleanse...
Precisely. Her cleansing step needs improvement, perhaps?
These videos are highly edited and cut down, I'm sure she did another cleanse until her makeup was completely removed but it just wasn't shown. She did say herself that you should cleanse until no more makeup transfers onto the washcloth.
She literally says right after that she recommends washing your face as long as you need to wash it to get it clean, meaning as many times as you need to remove all the make up...This lady knows her stuff, don't worry.
Gorgeous video thank you for sharing your routine.. I have a skincare channel and review videos like this so check it out and let me know what you think.. Love this channel xx
Be more gentle since you have Rosacea. I can see you turning red and I have it also so I'm gentle with my face. Your skin looks great!
Chrissy Teigen and Jessica Alba next please
Who is she? I have never heard about her..
Turn off the f*ing water😭😭😭
Stop using toilet paper then. Your wasting 37 gallons of water per roll you use.
@@britt1891 What? That's not the same thing at all? You're wasting sooo much water by letting it run while you do other things. Both water and toilet paper are things we need, BUT we don't need to waste any of it!
@@neakonradsson9163 😂 Point is you waste more water using toilet paper then she did leaving that running for less then a minute. And yes it is the same especially with this nut case buy all toilet paper thing happening. You want to save water buy a bidet.
@@britt1891 And? We are wasting water by buying jeans too? And by buying cotton clothing? We can't stop using toilet paper, but we can use less of it, and we can turn off the water when we aren't using it :) That's my point.
We can clearly see she's being firm around her eyes.. wrinkles don't come from nowhere. That's very bad advice she gave..
Ok, this is a typical skincare routine that I would describe as a whole lot of nothing. I am not sure what active ingredients she is releasing by rubbing the product, because they are just basic overpriced crap.
I had the same impression. What is in that Dior serum for example? Fashion brands are not known for their impressive ingredient lists.
@@dannielleburrus6117 Coincidentally she happens to be a spokesperson for Dior...
She got very red...
I don't know her skin does not seem great and stuff like Dior is more marketing and u r paying for a name rather then ingredients ...
Dior is testing their products on animals
If she's over 70, then I bet this worked. If not, her skin ain't good for a aesthetic Ian in her mid 50's .
She is 56, so I think it doesn't work very well
Exactly. She looks old to me. Def about 70.
@@couchprincess698 I agree. I’ve seen aestheticians with way better skin than her, and they’re even older than her. They’ve never had surgery or botox either just really good skincare routines and healthy eating habits. Of course we’re all going to age regardless, but skincare and what you put into your body can make a difference.
@@tiahnarodriguez3809 Exactly. I’m in my 40s and it’s all about being gentle with your skin, destress, great diet, Elta sunblock and Microneedling has worked a little bit. Mostly it’s just being gently and happy. I honestly don’t see the hype with her.
56 year old skin🤔...it's all genetics then skincare
Genetics help but its 100% not the only factor in good skin or skin that has aged “well”:)
P W she’s 56?
I read somewhere this lady is just 55 years old. I'd expect to see even better skin on a skin expert than this.
For someone not far from 60 her skin is great, if you expect no wrinkles then this is not the expert for you. She accepts the natural aging process, she is not trying to look 20 and plastic.
Having good skim doesn’t mean looking “younger”. That’s an American superficial concept. Having healthy skin means it’s ok to still look your age but your skin is healthy. A healthy night time skin routine is not intended to do what a full face lift does. You can take two 40 year old men or women- put them side by side to compare who took care of their skin and who didn’t. Both may look 40 but only one will have healthy 40 years old skin. That’s the purpose.
I really really hate it when people let the water run while washing their face or brushing their teeth...people, water are so precious...don't waste it like there is a unlimited supply
The water that comes out your sink isn’t precious. It’s filled with chemicals that aren’t so precious for you.
@@arianablondie5836 true but water is life, talk to me again when you have to shower in a bucket so you can flush your loo ✌
@@arianablondie5836 You need to educate yourself on water usage. This water still has several uses. Many people would do anything to have some.
Despite the chemicals, you could still drink this. Boil it, treat it the right way and you are good to go.
Ariana Blondie can you realise that you're arguing about tap water?
@@marie-claudebibaud8963 my bathroom sink has the same issue, and it's so frustrating.
Her skin is beautiful! You can’t tell a difference between her in makeup and bare faced! She’s evenly toned, no visible hyperpigmentation, sunspots etc.
whats wrong with sunspotS?
@@jayv8068 shows that you didn't take care of your skin and you still don't
Her skin looks terrible, specialy for an aesthetician. She looks 10 years older than she is.
I think she’s a beautiful woman! Every face is different, and every dermatologist or aesthetician is different and going to have different advice, techniques, prescriptions etc. To judge an aesthetician’s ability doesn’t reflect on their own face but on the face of their clients! It’s like the saying, mechanics drive crappy cars, housekeepers have the messiest houses, cooks for a living don’t cook at home. Massage is incredible for your face and she does incorporate that.
i wish there was a clear answer on how rough you can be with your undereyes. here, she said its okay to be "rough," while some docs say to barely touch that skin. :/
Doctor’s advice over any one else. I am 22 and have undereye fine lines because I never used to wear sunscreen and I have dust allergy so my eyes would get irritated and I would rub them sore every day. It caught up. Don’t be rough with your skin.
She said be “firm” not rough. Firm in your pressing motions not tugging and stretching the skin.

Finally a real skin care routine 😍
FINALLY someone that uses the same toner as I do! If that’s the original 1970 then amen. That stuff is the bomb. Smells wicked but it is the best and will forever be in my skincare routine. 🤔
No more promo of Dr.Sturm?
Its clearly an free advert for dior skincare and biologique.. And dior has not good skincare at all.
Just turn the faucet off Lady!!
Stop using toilet paper then Lady!!
It was driving me crazy.
Hello..I have rosacea as well. I wonder if you have any suggestions or tips on how you take care of mild rosacea. I thought i seen a video of you using the Lyma laser ? If it was you ..did you find rhe laser helped your rosacea. Thank you
Kim's facialist!
Her skin can not be clean after this milk cleanser
Ag - you’d be surprised, I use the Lait U cleanser and it completely cleans my skin. When I wear makeup I do use an oil balm. She however, did not look like she was wearing makeup.
@@Starsinparis actually, you can see that her washing cloth was dirty after she washed her face, so, she was definitly wearing make up. Thus, it didn't come totally off with the cleansing milk, she sould have done a 2 step cleanse
@@PaulaSilva-pr3kv yup if you wear makeup always double cleanse
Love heeeer🤗
I do my skin care but my skin doesn't really care.
@ susan yara
We need Irene Kim on this rn.

Beautiful Woman, with Great Advice! Xoxoxo ❤️❤️
I don't trust an esthetician who doesn't support wearing SPF ALL THE TIME. She doesn't support wearing it indoors.
🤔🤔🤔
yesss to rolling. my face has changed from :( to :) from it
She better be 80😑
she's only 56...............
Heaven forbid that someone should look their age.
This is a really rude comment. Be considerate of people’s feelings and consider she may read yours.
@@marianne6373 she's a world famous aesthetician, not an average woman with an average skincare routine, with access to average treatments. i am all for looking your age (if that's what you want), but someone at her level? with her access to resources?...
Marianne her neck is fab & she doesn't have a lot of wrinkles. I love the massaging tool. I've a Jade roller.
I find it relaxing too. That Capture Totale cream is $$$ here in Canada. However her explanation of it,is complete.
Find it odd she didn't use any skin mist ???
This was less about the products she used but technique and the process. The products you use are up to you. They include them because people will ask. She never once said use this product from this brand.
