When I first started looking for a house, my first realtor was a pain to work with. She was hard to contact and looked like she was annoyed at showing us houses(and only showed us around 5). Ditched her and went with a recommendation and what a difference. Her and her team were always there to answer any questions I had.

Taxes - Pay to Play got me. Perfect credit, very little debt. Writing things off will increase your debt to income ratio and get you denied for a loan. This won't affect many of you guys but as a person with several rental units it can.

With the upcoming forbearance starting in June, people need to be careful about buying properties, for personal use or investment.
