STATION! I realize I'm late. Whaddaya want? I'm Old Skül. So, "De" is "Ed" backward. This movie was written by Chris Matheson and Ed Solomon. And "Nomolos" is "Solomon" backward. So, "De Nomolos" is basically the anti-Ed Solomon, who also wrote _Men In Black._
"I can't believe Missy divorced your Dad, and married mine." "Shut up, Ted." While this is just as good a movie and I can see why people like this movie better, I actually love the first movie the best. That's just me. I totally recommend the third movie. 😎 🤘 Fun Fact: The evil robots arrive in the parking lot of the Circle-K convenience store, the same place where Bill and Ted first meet Rufus. That's why, if you look closely, there's a second square burn from the phone booth. Bonus Fact: Bill and Ted playing a game with Death to win back their lives is a reference to The Seventh Seal (1957), in which a knight plays chess with Death for his life.
Death is William Sadler. From The Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile, The Mist, Die Hard 2, Project X, Star Trek: DS9, Tales From the Crypt, and of course: Hanky Panky.
I think the most surprising thing isn’t the references to classic cinema (playing chess with Death), but the fact that the final song is actually really good.
I love the way Hell looks in this.. The way the halls have a ceiling that's not quite high enough to stand up straight, but not low enough you need to crawl. It's at the perfect hight where it's just annoying. Hahaha. I've always guessed Hell would be like that. It's filled with things that are just slightly annoying. Music that's not quite loud enough to hear properly but just enough volume to keep you awake. A movie screen that's not quite in focus and the audio is like just half a second out of sync. Stuff like that. A toilet at your Girlfriends parents house that doesn't flush properly.
This is absolutely my favourite of the two :) And YES you must watch Clue! Also, there's Wayne's World 1&2 for more silly 90s humour I'm sure you'd love and not enough people have reacted to it yet. Death is my favourite Characters... Which means I think about him whenever I see William Sadler in anything, from Shawshank Redemption to Die Hard 2 God gave rock and rolld to you is a Kiss cover of an Argent song... Kiss version's the one everybody knows.
Fun fact.. The whole "Station" thing is an inside joke. There was supposed to be another few scenes where they were at the police station. They removed that entire section and when they deleted it from the script a few pages still had "Station" written on them to indicate they were in the station. But as those scenes were cut it just said "station" half way through a few pages. They found it funny when filming that the cast would just shout "STATION" when it was written in the script they used it... It's one of the most meta in jokes ever lol...
And then they created a character NAMED Station, two genius heaven potatoes who fuse into one and yell out "Station" just as much as the filmmakers. An epic inside joke.
Something I haven't seen in the comments: the villain's name, De Nomolos, was co-writer Ed Solomon's name backwards. Loved both of these movies for years!
“I never want to live in the future if I have to dress up like an oompa-loompa everyday.” I’ve got some bad news for you, Oliver. Have you taken a look around recently? 😂
This one is my favorite, too. I was like 13 when it came out, and I had a big crush on Death hahaha. What a huge nerd. But I love that they form a crew that ends up being their band: the reaper, two medieval princesses, and alien geniuses from heaven? The world needs B&T to come fix us, stat.
Bogus Journey is my favorite of the three Bill and Ted films. I love the film's editing and transitions throughout the movie. I also highly admire the creativity of how they would spin and pan and do crazy and unique things with the camera during those transition periods. Face the Music was also a fun follow-up film.
True story - the Circle K featured in these films at Southern and Hardy Drive in Tempe, Arizona is being closed at the end of this month. Harkins Theatres is showing the first film in the same Circle K’s parking lot on May 18th. Edit - before someone "ACTUALLY"'s me, the filming was done on location in the first film in Tempe. The Circle K in the second is supposed to be the same one from the first, but I believe that was filmed in California.
Death's actor is William Sadler, an underused and underrated actor (IMHO) who plays villains most of the time. He played a good guy in Tales from the Crypt - Demon Knight (1995) and was in another movie* written, directed and starring Alex Winter (Bill). *If you enjoy silly, crazy flicks with impressive castings, this one's for you : Freaked (1991), with Brooke Shield, Mister T...and Keanu Reeves but you won't recognize him in this one 😉it also starred Megan Ward, who was in the no-less crazy Joe's Apartment (1996), "MTV's first movie", another must see.
Thats cool that you liked it a bit more than the first. as a kid i loved them both but rewatched bogus journey a lot more, also find it more fun and wacky. Stay excellent!
Had such a crush on Alex Winter in these films, as a teen. Would love you to react to Basketball Diaries, My Own Private Idaho, Mosquito Coast or Mysterious Skin.
It may not be the better of the two, but I’ve always enjoyed Bogus Journey over Excellent Adventure. It was just the one I grew up with more so, and it’s darn funny as heck. Death was such a hilarious addition, and the games scene is just too funny.
I love the ending to this movie with horribly bad time zones the British family eating breakfast 730am then going to an Italian man watching football football games dint start that early and it appears to be afternoon in Italy 🤣🤣🤣 but still a great movie
You should react to the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1 and 2. And Fright Night 2. Another cult classic are the Freeway movies. The first one star an young Reese Witherspoon and the second stars Natasha Lionne.
I'm an extra in this movie me and my sister one tickets to the filming of the battle of the band scene and I'm an audience member in many of the shots they filmed it at magic mountain in California we saw Primus perform we saw Jackie Brown there for some reason we saw all the scenes with the reaper and they fed us kfc.
I prefer the 1st one. I just think the pacing of the 2nd isn't as strong while the 1st film didn't have any lulls. The music in the 2nd is definitely better. Bringing in Steve Vai to do all those little guitar stuff when B&T guitar mime was ace. Bigger budgett brought in top bands like Kiss, Winger, Megadeth, Faith no more, Primus,... while the 1st film was unknown bands. But it did have Exterme and the 2nd greatest guitar solo of all time.
This is a much better movie than the first. But, there's idiots who complain saying that they do not do much time travel in this movie ... Who ever said Bill & Ted had to always time travel? You can't win, if they do not time travel idiots will complain that it's not like Bill & Ted. Make them do more time travel stuff then the other set of idiots will complain it's too much like the first movie. I really wish we could just stop idiots from watching, or at the very least, reviewing movies. hahaha
You ABSOLUTELY M U ST watch "Freaked" 1993 starring Alex Winter and Randy Quaid and featuring Keanu in a supporting part. It is AMAZING!! Probably Randy Quaid's best work. Freaked 1993 - ruclips.net/video/UYXmCZxSeFI/видео.html
I love all 3 movie!! To me.. You can't do 2 movies on here.. and not react to the 3rd one for us to enjoy... plz do the 3rd and final one on here.. PLZZZZZZ
Thanks, Ollie! 🏺 Since you appreciate George Carlin, the actor who portrays 'Rufus'... you might enjoy the documentary GEORGE CARLIN'S AMERICAN DREAM (2022). He was a brilliant comedian. Some of his later work was rather profound.
Station.
Station 💪
Do you have an excellently huge Martian butt?
You're silky boys. Silk comes from the butts of Chinese worms.
STATION!
I realize I'm late.
Whaddaya want? I'm Old Skül.

Yes, Clue is awesome!
"I can't believe Missy divorced your Dad, and married mine."
"Shut up, Ted."

I totally recommend the third movie. 😎 🤘

Melvin...😮
Am so glad I grew up with these role models. Be excellent to each other. And! Party on dudes!
Another fun fact: Granny Preston is also played by Alex Winter
I think the most surprising thing isn’t the references to classic cinema (playing chess with Death), but the fact that the final song is actually really good.

William Sadler (death)also played the posh father in the english family at the end :)
Clue is an amazingly well done classic cult film...like solid 9 out of 10 for a movie
Definitely suggest watching it
This is absolutely my favourite of the two :)
And YES you must watch Clue!

God gave rock and rolld to you is a Kiss cover of an Argent song... Kiss version's the one everybody knows.
The side glance when Death says best two out of three still gets me every time
B&T 3 is set much later and I really hope you do a reaction. I liked how they did it, it's loosely a mashup of 1 and 2.

I love that so much! Never would have realized that
I have no idea why this fella doesn't have more followers. His reactions are a right laugh.
Great reaction! You're never too old for Bill & Ted
“I never want to live in the future if I have to dress up like an oompa-loompa everyday.”
I’ve got some bad news for you, Oliver. Have you taken a look around recently? 😂
STATIOOOOON!
Station!
Clue is one of the best, a must watch. Tim Curry and Madeline Kahn are the best in it but the cast it gold.

Underrated af. My fav in the series

The Best Bill and Ted movie
Love this movie😂😉
Favoriteline is "see you real soon"
😂💪
Dude you gotta do the third one. It is a gem. 30 years in the making. I will subscribe now in hopes that you do watch face the music.
I had to watch it over again to realize that the villain is also Hans in Mighty Ducks
Thats cool that you liked it a bit more than the first. as a kid i loved them both but rewatched bogus journey a lot more, also find it more fun and wacky. Stay excellent!
Alex Winter played the creepy grandma.
Clue is a really fun movie
CLUE Is an amazingly funny movie!! You would LOVE IT!!!!!!!
Colonel Stuart did a fantastic job playing Death.
complete the trilogy on here. not enough reactors are doing this trilogy and would love if you finished it right here
The guy who is Death is also the British guy that they show watching the show broadcast
Had such a crush on Alex Winter in these films, as a teen. Would love you to react to Basketball Diaries, My Own Private Idaho, Mosquito Coast or Mysterious Skin.
Good choices. Basketball Diaries is ICONIC.
I always thought Bogus Journey was underrated. It was the first movie I saw by myself at a midnight showing and it was most excellent!
Please watch "Young Guns" it has an awesome cast 😊💪
Great choice ! Especially for him !
It may not be the better of the two, but I’ve always enjoyed Bogus Journey over Excellent Adventure. It was just the one I grew up with more so, and it’s darn funny as heck. Death was such a hilarious addition, and the games scene is just too funny.
I think you should see all 3
Clue is a good movie.
Young Skywalker, Do you ever read Roger Elbert’s reviews?
I love the ending to this movie with horribly bad time zones the British family eating breakfast 730am then going to an Italian man watching football football games dint start that early and it appears to be afternoon in Italy 🤣🤣🤣 but still a great movie

You should react to the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1 and 2. And Fright Night 2.

This is my fav too.
100% bonafide bogusness 😂

Clue is awesome and hilarious.
All the insane guitar solos are Steve Vai.
Their song is actually Kiss
Your reactions are charming
It's totally bogus that this video has only 3.2K views.
I'm pretty sure the finale song is by KISS
Indeed :

Bill & Ted Face the Music...the 3rd movie was pretty good as well...One of the wackiest Trilogy's that work well!...
Good reaction. You might want to check out Weird Science or Ferris Bueller's Day Off.
I prefer the 1st one. I just think the pacing of the 2nd isn't as strong while the 1st film didn't have any lulls. The music in the 2nd is definitely better.
