  • Most people who lived in the multis regret their destruction and feel that they could have been refurbished and given a new lease of life. Dundee council just comes out with the excuses that fit with their plans to gentrify the city for the middle classes while the working class folk of Dundee have to scramble for what's left of the city's social housing or move away.

Wow - what a memory. Lived at 1a when it was Ardler South, then Carnoustie Court. Loved it there with mum, dad and sister McLarens.

Brings back memories of 1981 when we moved in as a young married couple to 6E Murcar Court.

With a bit of luck the "working classes" (ain't that a joke) will move away, then the decent folk of Dundee who actually work and have tried to achieve something in life won't have to subsidise your housing costs.
The multis are a horrendous eyesore on the skyline of Dundee and I'll be delighted when they are all gone.
