The way I ground myself is to stand on the ground bare footed and just listen. Listen to all the sounds around me. Birds, crickets, cars…etc. Really see and appreciate the nature around me and feel the ground beneath my feet while I imagine red roots growing from my feet deep into the earth.

I will have to go through it...what else is new🥴 btw, im extreme empath and it can be annoying. However, my daily routine, meditation; chakra cleansing &balancing mudras& mantras (20 mins) then either grounding cleanse meditation or breathing exercises, then i speak aloud affirmations and mantras and now i do hypnosis audio and to top it off some yoga.
