I went with the bose flex . I don’t need anything louder because I’m never more than 3ft from my speakers 99% of the time. It also sounds best when you have your tweeter speaker aligned with your earhole.
@@ericmartinez4897 ... Sitting at my PC now. Plugged in the USB to my PC and Bose Flex. I did not get a notification on the drop down on the left side of my PC that it was connected. I did get a beep on the PC and the Bose indicating a connection. The Bose little Power light did come on. I guess that means it is charging from the PC. I did connect via BT earlier. .
@@IamBluford , one advice you can actually do which will work is that if you have a Bluetooth-AUX converter! I have one of those small device which costed me about 30 usd on Amazon. I just plug in the cable into this device and the device on its end is sending BT signals to Bose Flex and it's no lags at all. Perhaps you might lose some of the sound quality over this conversion but better than nothing.
At this point in time the Bose Flex is hands down the best Bluetooth speaker on the market. It can't be blasted because it was designed for quality over quantity. All of these other speaker manufacturers are going to have to start from scratch if they want to dethrone the Flex because just adding on to their existing products will not suffice.
Right on! You can't just crank up the volume and everything to over-voice a speaker! That is not how you win competition. The ear is too sensitive for that. It's all about bringin in clear sounds and at the same time keep it warm cause most people will probably use this indoor anyways most of the time. For outdoor speaker, I would rather bring a REAL huge and heavy one for that purpose if I want to have a party.
I hemmed and hawed for a few days, watched dozens of reviews and then went with the Bose Revolve 2. Then I found Danny's videos a few days later (YT recommended after I watched all those other reviews) and regret not getting the reflex (or two). The Revolve 2 is pretty slick, impressive sound (IMHO); my only complaint is it could be louder. It was also ~$70 more. The revolve 2+ is supposed to be louder but that was ~$320 and at that price I was thinking I'd be better of with 2x Flex' or the Marshall Middleton. I was leaning towards the Middleton; but, I was looking for something portable and the Middleton is a little big for tossing in a bag. TL;DR, another great video, thanks for the help!
Get another Revolve 2 and use in stereo mode. You can always get 3.5mm cables (stereo to mono L R with mono to stereo adapter and place on either side of your tv. Revolve is underated and has a time place for the 360 capabilities. The usb connection to laptop is game changer as well.
ILike your reviews, you give honest reviews when I do have the Bose sound link flex speaker, last one I owned was Bose sound link II . I like how this can link party mode to another speaker. And two devices as well. It could have faster charge and longer battery. Love Bose products.
Flex is best when you put it on a desk no more than 3ft away but farther way from that sounds weaker, jbl is louder with more bass and you can place it either near or far away from you good for a bedroom but not a living room, marshall is best for listening lounge piano or concert, best speaker to use for unwinding and better placed on the living room, i prefer the jbl for the balance it gives and marshall when i want to relax, bose is ok but if requires you to be near it to appreciate it
A really fun and great video. I thought avout buying a Divoom Ditoo Mic, inspired by another video that you had with a Divoom Ditoo. The Divoom Ditoo Mic seems like a great deal of just pure fun and I love karaoke. But I also love sound so now Im more thinking about the Bose Flex. Thanx for all your videos and as usual, Greetings from Sweden 🇸🇪
i brought bose sound flex, it really sounds well but when i connected to samsung smart tv, it sounds very low eventhough 100% volume pumped. but same tv sounds well with jbl bluetooth speaker. plz resolve my query
Started to watch this, but the delayed reaction comments to the speaker that's actually being held up was just annoying. One good thing did come out of it though. I had earlier bought the same Boze flex on facebook for half the money. Can't wait until it arrives now.
Hi, I am considering to buy 2 for stereo but I saw a comment about latency especially when watch videos. I usually watch youtube videos, how is the stereo mode with youtube app? Is there any problem about latency? Thank you!
I tested all 3 myself, I would go Bose, then JBL, then Marshall. Marshall range is not good. Floaty bass. The sound stage is not as big as the other 2. For the price, It's not worth it at all.
You really expect instant A-B switch overs to demonstrate differences in quality? Blind or not, none of us have perfect discernment at an instant. A-B tests tend to show obvious changes in tonality. Subtle distortions tend to go unnoticed; that is until you listen for longer periods of time. Anyone who conscientiously works with audio knows that long term listening reveals things that quick A-B switching cannot. You need to live with a product for a while to really learn it's sound; only then will your ear/brain hone in on the more subtle distortions and colorations that better differentiate various brands.
@@jelly1239999bean People giving a fuck about how a speaker looks... like it's not the sound that it's most important. Let him buy the Emberton, fuck him.
bose's bass too overpower. not my taste for listen to clarity vocal , but better for video and game. marshall has the clarity and more natural sound for music.
Aural disease ? Bose exaggerates bass across any limits - very unnatural sound, and the guy puts it to No. 1, very strange... As I understand this video: Speakers are only good when bass is overwhelming and loudness is exploding thunder. Congratulations, striking sense of music!
You can’t make out how it sounds through a video. When you hear the speaker in person it sounds great. All 3 of these are good choices and everyone has their personal preference

Just got my Bose flex today. Sounds great. I’ll use my JBL charge when I need a louder sound
Nice! I still haven't listened to the JBL Charge yet but i know its a popular one.
This guy got it right. That flex is amazing. Bose best work for 150$.
Do you think a usbc to aux adapter will work on it? I want it but see that it doesn’t have an aux input
@@IamBluford no I don't think it would work. I think the speaker has to have the actual Aux mode. But I haven't tried it.

Bose es mejor que muchísimas marcas 😎😎
JBL CHarge 5 is good too
I too liked its sound, but not the compass pouch like design 😏
The clarity on the Marshall was on another level but the BOSE won with the BASS.

do u like it so far? can’t decide between marshall emberton and bose flex

Hey bro came you please review and compare the Harmon kardon Luna to the Bose flex? And also review the Harmon kardon aura 3 ….
What portable speaker can produce better sound quality over Flex?
B&O a1 2nd gen.
Tribit XSound Plus 2
It's not a blind sound test if you (the controller) is also providing criticism.
Thank you, I am on my way to buy Bose Flex.
I would love to see a comparison of the Flex vs Emberton II
There's very very little difference in the 1 vs the 2. Thanks for the watch!
I looked at some of the reviews for Bose but people were complaining that it stops working in about a year. Hopefully the Marshall is more durable.
i have a bose soundlink 2 since 2012.... still like new , only thing I had to do is replace the battery
I have Bose since 2018, still working great
Stops working how ?
I've soundlink mini II from 2018, still running flawlessly
One of the best reviews.

No1. Marshall sound
Bose..✌🤩
Don't ever go for Bose Soundlink flex, it has a power off / on issue. The company says that bose is not repairable...
No issue here.
What is the song you played?
Blue Dream - cheel

Maybe bose flex is better but its damn ugly - coming strait from the 80s - will choose the marshall because its elegant!
