    Looking at getting my friends in Japan to get me one of these. It'll basically live there at one of my friends houses so I'll have a bike to ride whenever I visit. As it's sub 250cc it doesn't need the Shaken inspection, just insurance. So I can just turn up, and ride it. :)

      I got this baby for $750 as is, spent about 6 hours tearing it down to clean etc, got the RWC and sold it for $2700. i regret selling it as th spada was amazing condition for its age. its a little bit forward (seating position wise) but overall, this or thee VTR250 are both great bikes.

    • @MrBrandonLau
      @MrBrandonLau Год назад +1

      The vtr250 is similar, but doesn’t make as much power. A 400 or 650 would be amazing. Hyosungs naked 650 v-twin was pretty successful

    where did you buy the stainless exhaust? any mods required to fit to the spada?

    • @AridersLifeYT
      @AridersLifeYT  2 года назад +1

      The full system is from Japan, it’s for a VTR250 but also fits the spada as it’s the same engine placement. I cut the welded end pipe off and fitted the sc project. The aftermarket exhaust saves about 3kg in weight. The pipes slightly thicker from the mid pipe back. Total investment was about $1200 aud for the conversion

    Is the stainless exhaust for Fi or carburetor model of vtr250?

    • @AridersLifeYT
      @AridersLifeYT  Месяц назад

      it was a retrofit from a carbie version VTR250, the FI version i believe just has those 02 bung holes.

      Did you do any processing?

    • @AridersLifeYT
      @AridersLifeYT  Месяц назад

      that would be fine if the diamater is smaller, all i would do then is buy the spacer, or a universal spacer.
