Olam = everlasting....chesed = love, mercy, kindness, purity toward God...yibaneh = he will build it. The root of banah refers to the son. Jesus, who was slain before the foundation of the earth. Jesus is all.
@@MrArtist1971 ... Read Isaiah 53 ...Oh wait, Your scholars/high priests took it out :) Dig deep, you'll find Jesus becasue he already found you with His Chesed ♥
This is a greasy grace all inclusive message. In the end an altar call is made for what exactly? Chesed is lovingkindness which includes discipline. We are called to REPENT from SIN be DELIVERED from EVIL to experience chesed in all its fullness (Ps 136 ; 107). We are called to be holy as He is HOLY. Let's tell the truth in love for perfect love has no fear.
I appreciate the lesson, but behind it is a confusion between what is Jewish and what is Christian. Jesus was originally Jewish, but his followers (including Gene) created a different religion, which is called Christianity. Some people, including the speaker, confuse and conflate the two different religions. This is video is Christian.
Hi Andy, thanks for your insight. While it is true that this new Jewish sect eventually drifted far away from its Jewish roots and became something unrecognizable to even Jesus, those early followers of Rabbi Yeshua were not trying to start a new religion. Right or wrong, they merely believed the promised Messiah finally arrived. It was an all Jewish movement for 10 years and then things began to change. There are many of us today who recognize how distant and destructive Christianity became from Judaism and do our best to reconcile that. Yes, of course the video comes with a Christian perspective. My audience identifies as Christian, but I do my best to build a respectful bridge between the two faiths. Let me know if you'd like to chat more about this. No agenda, just a respectful conversation.
@@iconnectthedots Thanks, Gene. As a Jew and a rabbi who serves the Jewish community, I both appreciate the meaningful exploration of Jewish ideas in your video, and also have a concern that stems from the attempts in history by Christians to lure Jews away from their Jewish heritage and tradition and convert to Christianity. Many times, these attempts were furtive and done "under cover," clothing Christian teachings in Jewish garb, to fool the listeners into thinking they were connecting with Judaism, when the agenda is to convert souls for the sake of Jesus. Using the Hebrew name for Jesus is one of the ways this has been done. When I stumbled upon your video, for a few minutes, I, too (an ordained rabbi who dedicates my life to serving the Jewish community) was not sure what background you were teaching from. This is a concern to me, given the history between our two faiths, and that your video does not explicitly identify itself as Christian from the outset. To repair relations, that would be an important step.
@@andyvogel6345 I totally understand your concerns. Christianity's history has been brutal toward the Jewish people and I spend a fair amount of time teaching the Christian world about this history- one that every Jew knows, but most Christians sadly don't. Both my parents were Jewish and I still consider myself Jewish and connect to my Christian faith as a Jew. I know this is controversial in the Jewish world, but I have intersected in Boulder's Jewish community with mutual respect for years and have no undercover mission to promote Jesus. No luring or bait n switch here and no intent to disguise this video but I appreciate you pointing that out in the spirit of repairing relationship. I was merely teaching on the Hebrew word and concept.
@@iconnectthedots I'm sure you're familiar with The One New Man Bible? Just wondering. I love it. So if you don't...no comment necessary. And btw, to me it's not about converting religions, like the other gentleman actually suggested, to me BUT it's about knowing that Messiah has already come and will come again! Thank you for the teaching.
This touched me and made me cry happy tears. I feel God's Presence and this is amazing. Thank you so much for sharing this!
Thank you Joanna! Glad it touched your heart.
I chesed you Rabbi Binder. Your teaching approach is beyond the ordinary, it's fun, enjoyable, yet deep and profound.
Thank you.
Thank you so much for this message. It is beautiful and something I think every person deep down needs/wants so badly to hear.

Thank you so much, Rabbi. Your explanation helps my journey in understanding the bible in very deep sense
Incredible insight. Thank you so much.
Thanks Richard!
Sono state dette delle cose bellissime in questo video... proprio per il mio cuore ! 💓 Amin
really gleaned a lot out of this teaching, as I am currently studying hesed love, in Covenant
I'm beginning to study "chesed" now. Can you share with me what you've learned so far?
Very good. Thank you for sharing.
I am getting a good conceptual picture of it---finally...
Amazing teaching!
Gracias por el cumplido. De donde eres?
Blessed 😇

Incorrect. Elohim is all. There is NO savior but YHWH. Is. 43;11.

My wife tells me one of the ways of expresing CHESED is to do the dishes....

Did you get that title at a Rabbinical school?
What song were they about to sing , it was really touching me?
Unfortunately I do not remember. Sorry
Sounds like “How he loves” by David Crowder
