It is my humble request to govt of India for taking necessary amendments or added some rules in the Hindu Marriage Act : (An affidavit may submit both girl and boy before her/ his marriage to the Sub- Registrar Office for declaration a valid marriage :- 1. Both wife and husband can't demand dowry at the time of marriage or after her/his marriage. 2. How many Ornaments are given by both family to each other should be mentioned in an affidavit before the marriage with ornament GST Bill. 3. If anyone file divorce petition then both wife are husband should be liabled to give maintenance to their child. If wife/ husband files divorce petition no one can demand maintenance for survive of her/ his life.
