you don't need an addon but there is one called Beledar's Spawn Timer if you choose to use it. I believe it only tells u times though and not location which is why i make mention of the attunement item in the video. I never used the addon myself as it was super easy to track without one. Its every 3 hours . for me its been 12,3,6, etc but you can check wowhead to make sure what time for your timezone. They list both dark modes and light modes on the site.
