Was this boat hard to maintain? Does the lack of an engine room make it difficult to service the engine or change out component? It’s really a lovely yacht with great living spaces.
maintenance is no prohlem at all. All arts that need maintenance can be reached by hatches. I had a problem once, trying to recover pieces of the impeller of the generator from its cooling system.But managed in the end.

this boat does not have a stabilizer.
