why measured insulation resistance between any two phases does it make any sense, and to check VI only one test that is hv test at 26 kv for 3-5 sec. This is like checking blood pressure with a thermometer

1.Why Battery Bank 1.2V Volt Cell Use .
(1)Sir Humko Industrial me 110V DC Control Supply ki Requirement Hoti hay to Hum 1.2 Volt ka Cell Use karke Pura Battery Bank banate hai. Uske Jaga hum 12 Volt ki battery ko Series me Use karke bhi 110 Volt kar sakte hai to 1.2 Volt ka Cell ka Setup Kayu karte hai.
(2) Battery ka AH Series aur parallel me kese calculation karte Hai. Series me aur parallel me Same Backup Dega.

@@arunmodi1855 for any new condition CB under 50 is good for any older then 5 year 100mohm is good but under 200mohm are same
But this much depends on the position of CB.

Sir ji namashkar bahut acchi video hai. Mere kuch questions the teeno test ko lekar 1. Breaker ka megger test P-P aur P-E close yaan open condition mein karna hai ? aur same pole ka incoming aur outgoing ka megger close yaan open mein karna hai ?
PP & PE के समय breaker close होगा और पोल इनकमिंग आउटगोइंग का करते समय breaker open hona chahiye

For new condition CB close time is under 100 ms are okay but in well designed CB has under 50ms
But trip time and co must be under 70ms
