Hey keosha..I'm telling you..that screen in is such a vibe. The cost you mentioned was really good. I got a quote just for a new deck and they wanted $12k and he said to add screened in for the underneath patio would add another $8k onto the project my deck is 10x12) needless to say, I didn't get. Just replaced some boards and had it stained and painted for now. For the winter, would you be able to sit out there or can you get windows or some sort of plexiglass to keep cold air out?I'm not sure how cold it gets there. Also..look into a tower fan it sometimes gives off cooler air than a fan.
Yes, depending on where you live prices can be higher. I usally doesn't get that cold here, but I will have to see how this winter goes and plan according. We shall see.
