I love her energy. She is also very beautiful. This dish is somewhat similar to what we call "chew dutiir" in Senegal and the Gambia. I'm gonna try this out but without the meat as I don't eat meat. I'll try it with the fish.

Bless you winnie for always coming to the rescue and making cooking such fun, interesting and wonderful experience; as much as i enjoy efo riro n love making it, it seems i dont just get it right but am glad u made me realise some salient points i tend to overlook. be sure u will get a feedback ..love u dear
I'm so inspired all the way from the Emirates. Thank you so much & please if you can, do a video on making egusi soup without frying the oil... Thank you Zee
Nice work dear, looks really inviting but next time please don't stir so much, efo riro doesn't need that much work, put it in the pot and let it simmer down, also, depending on your source of protein, especially fish, continuous stirring would break it up. In addition , Yoruba's love their iru, so more should have been added for that unique flavour.
Good morning Wini!!!🙃 Guess what!! I tried your efo riro recipe last might and it was lit!!!💡 Its the best vegetable soup I have ever tasted 💪and I like the process .. 👌It wasn't oily at all and everyone who ate had smiles on their face🤪 Thanks for adding colours to one of the things I lv doing which is cooking. I like you! You're fun to watch. Keep up the good work! What's the altenative to the vegetable? It's not in the US... And some other videos say to squeeze water out from the vegetables, how is that done?
Thank you dear! You can use a lot of spinach. I have never squeezed water out of my vegetables before, so I don't know how that is done. Plus I don't recommend squeezing out water from your vegetables.
Nice cooking I will this soon, but please u didn't wash the leaves with hot water, because I heard the leaves must be washed with hot water not cold water. Am confused. Thanks .waiting for your reply.
