    I prepared that yesterday after I watched this a week ago, this is the second time am watching it after I prepared mine yesterday... And guess what, it was so nice...my fiance really liked it...I added garlic too and trust me,the taste was supper yummilicious...lol

    I love her energy. She is also very beautiful. This dish is somewhat similar to what we call "chew dutiir" in Senegal and the Gambia. I'm gonna try this out but without the meat as I don't eat meat. I'll try it with the fish.

    Nice work dear, looks really inviting but next time please don't stir so much, efo riro doesn't need that much work, put it in the pot and let it simmer down, also, depending on your source of protein, especially fish, continuous stirring would break it up. In addition , Yoruba's love their iru, so more should have been added for that unique flavour.

      Thank you dear! You can use a lot of spinach. I have never squeezed water out of my vegetables before, so I don't know how that is done. Plus I don't recommend squeezing out water from your vegetables.
