Hi, Thanks for the suggestion, I'll get onto filming this. Just so you have the info now, there isn't a set time limit on removing the insert - if baby is looking snug, you can take a bit out, and if it's too soon, pop it back in :) as a general rule: Head hugger: for comfort not safety, can remove from birth if needed (baby more comfortable without it) Side wings next - id expect these to be removed by the 4-6 month mark Wedge - you can use this the whole duration if baby is comfortable, or take it out if that works better.
