    Hi Jennifer. I want to thank you so much for this very easy tutorial. This scarf is very very beautiful and very easy to do. I'm making one of these for a lady I met at Church. Her son had a congenital heart defect and died at a very young age. She has been on my mind ever since I met her. I too was born with a congenital heart defect. Thanks to the grace of God I did well with mine but as I got older I ended up having to get a heart transplant. I wanted to make something for her in honor of her son and when I saw this scarf I knew it was the right one to make for her. So thank you very very much. God bless

    I'm not an expert crocheter; I wish I was, but I wanted to ask a question. On so many scarves, I notice that the two ends are different, i.e. one scalloped and one straight etc. Is there a way to make both ends scalloped, for instance? I've had this question for a long time, but haven't known how to word it so that it makes sense. I hope it does make sense. Thank you for any help. BRW, your scarf patterns are just beautiful.

    • @eyeroll-encore
      @eyeroll-encore 6 лет назад

      marty altadonna I think that's a good idea--this pattern may not work with a multiple smaller than what's shown in the video. But I think it might be 15 you would double, the last three chains forming the turning chain/first dc of row one.

    • @sisdeslang9390
      @sisdeslang9390 6 лет назад

      You can also start with a chain as long as you like and after the repeats take out the rest of the stitches you have left....

    Hello!I would like to ask what is the name of this stitch-pattern and how could I turn this into a classic cowl like a loop.I have crocheted this but I cannot sew it properly because the last row is not the same as the first one with the chains to have even number of stitches as I sew behind the loops.

    Hi, i wanted my scarf wider so i doubled the amount of initial changes from 18 to 36. However, i see a lot of the same question of how to make this scarf wider? i have doubled my scarf width, but i suppose you could just do 27 initial chains and only make it a 3rd wider? i don't know if this would work and so i made mine double the scarf width. can someone let me know?
