Interesting video, but I found the constant music very annoying as it overpowered the tranquil sounds of wind, waterfall, streams and geysers.

There also was a third Old Norse dialect/language called Old Gutnish (that was not Old East Norse or Old West Norse), spoken and used on the island of Gotland east of Sweden. Example:
" Þissi Þiélvar hafði ann sun sum hít Hafðí. En Hafða kuna hít Hvítastierna. Þaun tu byggðu fyrsti á Gutlandi. Fyrstu nát sum þaun saman sváfu þa droymdi henni draumbr; So sum þrír ormar varin slungnír saman i barmi hennar, oc þýtti henni sum þair skriðin ýr barmi hennar. Þinna draum segði hán fyri Hafða bónda sínum. Hann ráð draum þinna so: Allt ir baugum bundit, bóland al þitta varða ok faum þriá syni aiga. Þaim gaf hann namn, allum ofýdum; Guti, al Gutland aiga; Graipr, al annar Haita; ok Gunfiaun þríði. Þair skiptu siðan Gutlandi i þriá þriðiunga, so at Graipr þann elzti laut norðasta þríðiung, ok Guti miðal þríþiung, en Gunfiaun þann yngsti laut sunnarsta.

This documentary is "The Room" of all documentaries with its background music and the awful way it captures the scenery. I am not sure if this was a trojan way discouraging tourist from visiting iceland.

It's funny how people argue over who discovered North America first. You guys do realize there were people already living there at the time you "discovered" it? lol

Some Evangelical Lutheran churches include a menorah -- a special candelabra designed to hold seven candles -- among their altar vessels. The menorah has its roots in Hanukkah, the Jewish Festival of Lights. Lutherans use the menorah to remind them of their faith's roots in the Old Testament. Lutherans believe the lit candles of the menorah symbolize the soul's desire to reach up to God and the flames which appeared over Jesus' disciples' heads on the Day of Pentecost, as recorded in Acts 2.
