After a month or so of research, Sub70 was my winner. I was lucky enough to live a couple hours away from their HQ and drove in for a fitting after making my decision. Just an incredible experience - good positive energy all around! I ended up going with a full set. 699 Pro V2 irons, 849 Driver, putter, etc etc. Couldn't be more pumped about them AND the full custom fit was awesome. I even brought in my own custom ferrules and they added those to the build at no extra charge. From fitting to full build I think I had my set in just over a week.
I have the 639MB/CB combo irons and have had them for about 3 years now. Love the feel and the ability to customize to my specs without having to sacrifice the huge cost in doing so. Also, the company has top notch customer service. Every order comes with a hand written note and a little piece of swag, which is unheard of with the large manufacturers. Since I have been playing them, I have turned 4 others on to this company and all of them fell in love immediately. Love the review man! Try some irons and wedges!

Those are a beautiful iron. I have them in the Black for my scoring irons with a Black shaft and Purple BB&F ferrules. People go crazy when they see them.
I tried a 4w many years ago. Never really found a niche for it unless a course required it for a specific shot. Then I tried a Callaway Heavenwood. Man-o-man that thing is awesome. Loft of a 7w, head the size of a 4w and shaft length around a 3w. I seldom carry a 3w anymore because of how versatile the HW is.
Been playing a Tour Edge XCG5 4 Wood for like 10+ years now. I can hit it high or low and when I get after it, it goes like 240. I try new different ones but have never found another that fits or performs as well for me.
I’ve got the 639 CB irons, 939 3 hybrid and 699u 2 iron from sub70 and absolutely love them. Great clubs, great customer service, great company that make top quality stuff for 1/2 the price of OEMs.

I was considering the 639 CB irons. Didn't pull the trigger but those irons looked awesome. The fairway woods look like they perform well!

My bag is like 90% Sub 70.

I have the TAIII’s as well. Switched to PXG 0317, which is a good iron on its own, but switched back because the TAIII’s just performed better.
